Recently returned from an excellent trek in the Swiss Alps with a large bunch of friends, capably put together by Mike. Probably the most beautiful and hardest trek I've done to date. Thanks Mike for your great organisation, and your sensitive handling of the choices we had to make and challenges we faced along the way. You quietly helped us feel we could manage the climbs and dramatic ledges, and your constant enthusiasm about inhabiting the alpine environment was catching. I'm sorry it's over!

The students have just completed a week of teambuilding at Caddihoe...fantastic. Oragnisation was brilliant, the students have not stopped talking about it. Thank you Mike.

Brave heart’s requiem
Dedicated to Mike Bradford

His long experience of lonely travels tests his talents over time to remain the lone traveller who acquaints with eager youths who admire his best interests and skills of so many eras of action.

Man shall not live by bread alone, but by his van alone he searches the world for peace, success and fulfilled gratitude from companions that desire adventure and follow him into eternal freedom of inspired stories to seek completion of life.

Despite his isolation I will always see how great he was and will always be. How amazing it was to be substantially free to make decisions and to be me.
This Brave heart’s name I will forever be speech, he is Mike Bradford, lord of hope and adventure to which he will reach furthest heights in a saint’s hymn or my words forming the Brave heart’s requiem.

just finished the Haute Route with Mike, what a walk !. We were a large group (18) and Mike coped with us all with his usual patience and skill. Getting the group up the vertical ladders on the Col de Chevre was a particular achievement. Thanks Mike, good luck on Killy and in Nepal and I look forward to the next trip with you.

Got back recently from Switzerland. Mike had organised everthing perfectly - even the weather. He encouraged us both and gave me the confidence to get to acheive more than I thought I could. He always kept a sense of humour and his patience is amazing.

Spent a great day with Mike and my partner Sarah, i have known for many years and came with highh expectations. I was not dissapointed. We had a days sea kayaking from Dartmouth and explored nooks and crannies alongto Berry Head with swims and stop for lunch. His light touch in letting us explore , made us feel that the day was our own. There was never any rush to move on , and seeing some seals was a highlight. A Great day out as they say.

Sarah and i were not disappointed as always his layed back approach to it all was great. Just returned from Switzerland and walking in the mountains with Mike as our guide.Mike recommended the camp site, booked the mountain huts and then took us on stunning routes, and we even managed a couple of 3000m+ peaks, enjoying the scambling on the way. Mike is easy to be around, patient and just makes you feel so at ease. Great holiday, thank you.

Just returned from a great sea kayaking trip to Lundy. The weather was perfect and Mike was highly organised and great company. Paddling to Lundy has been on my list of things to do for many years and thanks to Mike I have now achieved an ambition!

Mike was the instructor at our abseil fundraising event at St Mary’s Church, Burlescombe, on 22 May. He was absolutely brilliant. He was kind and patient with all our 32 abseilers and instilled confidence in every one of them so that nobody bottled out. Thank you, Mike, for making our abseil event such an overwhelming success. From: the Chairman and Committee members of the Friends of St Mary's, Burlescombe.
